Gloria is responsible for defining and shaping the Prominate marketing agenda to drive business growth. She develops and implements marketing strategies that build awareness of the company’s business activities across all communication touchpoints.

Fun fact: Gloria was a figure skater.

Matt Tuck

Global Business Director

Matt has over 12 years’ experience working with large global organisations taking the time to understand the challenges and requirements of clients within the premiums and promotional merchandise category. He is passionate about service excellence and finding solutions to overcome the complexity that comes with working globally.

Fun fact: Matt was previously a DJ and had the opportunity to DJ in Ibiza.

Sarah Daniel

Global CEO

Sarah sets the global company vision, direction, and management of Prominate. She leads Prominate globally and works with our Licensees and Clients to ensure that Prominate remain ahead of the market, delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Fun fact: Sarah once hosted a drive time radio show.

Will Good

Global CEO

Will brings over 25 years of experience in the marketing services industry, most recently at WPP working with renowned global brands. He is a seasoned leader who excels at driving commercial growth while deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections that create lasting impact.

Fun fact: Will was the lead singer of a Russian Heavy Metal band!

Global Accountant

Galib is responsible for running the day-to-day commercial, accounting and financial activities for Prominate Global.

Fun fact: Galib dreams of hiking the Andes and reaching Machu Picchu.

Global Operations Manager

Holly is known as the ‘glue’ of the company, from managing the company’s operational duties to HR and everything in between. One of Holly’s main responsibility is defining and developing the Prominate technology, providing technology solutions for everything from our internal IT systems to our webstores.

Fun fact: Holly can still tap dance.

Global Brand & Sustainability Manager

Priya focus is spread across two areas of the business: marketing and sustainability.

Priya's marketing efforts are directed towards creating brand content for both physical and digital touchpoints, while on sustainability, she has the responsibility of sharing sustainability projects across the Prominate community.

Fun fact: Priya has (in tandem) jumped out a plane with a parachute

Charlie Mitchell

Global Business Manager

Charlie co-ordinates and manages all things business development. She takes time to understand clients and their global and regional program requirements; building meaningful relationships alongside leading the analysis, planning, and management of tenders.

Fun fact: Charlie has two horses called Millie and Quill and two Jack Russell’s called Whiskey and Mac she is our company country bumpkin.

Charmaine Wheatle

Global Senior Client Services Manager

Charmaine is a senior member of the Client Services Team. She manages a number of promotional programs effectively and timely for global clients.

Fun fact: Charmaine was a County cross country runner, and her personal best was 19th out of 100.

Jonathan Wragg

Global Sustainability Director

Jonathan is the Global Sustainability Director. He is an expert in environmental and sustainability practices with a particular focus on product circularity. Throughout Jonathan’s career, he has advised global brands on their sustainability strategies and has established a reputation for focussing on ethical manufacturing.

Fun fact: Jonathan has been on several TV quiz shows.

Peter Cleary

With over 25 years’ experience in the marketing industry, Pete has held General Manager, CEO and Director positions across both local and global companies. In 2005, Pete combined his passion to create the ideal workplace with his existing sales, marketing and strategy skills and founded Zinc. Pete is currently the Global lead of Zinc, with operations in 14 countries, and is responsible for the strategic direction.

Sheila Woodward

Global Client Services Director

Sheila leads the Prominate global client services team. She has worked for Prominate for over 5 years and has an intimate knowledge of the Prominate Clients and Global teams. She is pivotal in building strategic partnerships and ensuring that customer brands, supply chain and contractual requirements are adhered to.

Fun Fact: In her travels to the far East, she fell in love with Asian cuisine.

Kiki Nakanishi

Client Services Co-ordinator

Kiki is Client Service Co-ordinator and assists our Client Services Director in her day-to-day interaction with our licensees and clients.

Fun fact: Kiki loves Korean culture and is fluent in Korean.
