We’ve evolved into Prominate Group; a global network of independent merchandise experts.
W
atch our CEO, Will Good, explain how it works.

How we work

We operate as a global group of merchandise specialists, built to deliver programmes with structure, creativity and accountability.

Our global footprint

With more than 100 offices worldwide and 2,000 specialists across 46 markets, we deliver global and regional merchandise programmes with sustainability embedded from the start.

Global Reach

We work with brands that require scale without losing nuance. Our group model allows us to align local expertise with global strategy, ensuring programmes are relevant in-market and consistent worldwide.

Supply chain transparency and security are non-negotiable for us. At the same time, we actively partner with the strongest creative and operational talent in each region, ensuring that programmes are both disciplined and distinctive.

Let's talk

Our approach

Global brands demand more than distribution. They need governance, brand protection, risk control and measurable outcomes.

We remove the complexity of international merchandise programmes through structured, hybrid solutions that align to strategic objectives and commercial targets.

This balance creates global consistency with local agility.

Our clients also have access to our reporting platform, providing real-time visibility and performance insight across markets.

Our clients

We are proud to work with global brands across diverse sectors — from technology and automotive to pharmaceutical, finance and FMCG.

Our experience spans complex, multinational organisations that require coordination across regions and markets.

What sets us apart is our ability to combine local responsiveness with global alignment, enabling brands to build awareness, strengthen loyalty and manage investment responsibly.

Our responsibility

We see ourselves as catalysts for change. Sustainability shapes the decisions we make from the outset, not just the products we select.

Our fully transparent supply chain is aligned to internal KPIs and measured against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals across the entire product lifecycle. This provides clear visibility and quantifiable impact at every stage.

We support our clients in making informed, responsible global decisions that strengthen supply chains and protect the environment for the long term.

Our Story

Our story

Our pioneering role first took shape back in 1965 when a group of promotional materials specialists came together and formed a thought leadership group known as the IPPAG (International Partnership for Premiums and Gifts).

Ahead of their time, this highly respected collective successfully facilitated global innovation in the supply chain. Clients were increasingly asking for this expertise so, recognising this growing market demand, a small contingent developed into an organisation in their own right and took the name of Prominate.

Since then, Prominate have continued to harness local expertise with leadership and unrivalled product knowledge to offer brands and their customers compelling and highly effective promotional experiences, worldwide.
