This statement, made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, sets out the approach taken by Prominate Ltd to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business, and the actions undertaken to mitigate any such risks.

Prominate, headquartered in the UK, is a provider of Promotional Materials with a supply chain comprised of global suppliers of promotional materials.

Prominate is committed to delivering high standards of corporate governance and a key element of this is managing the company in a socially responsible way. The company aims to employ the highest ethical and professional standards and always to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to our business; it follows that Prominate is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and its supply chains.
